Join us on a two year development programme that will combine technical learning alongside developing your interpersonal skills. Workshops, team projects and community work, as well as an individual placement plan and professional development, will help you develop the necessary skills you will need for a successful career with us. Additionally, you will have the chance to undertake a placement elsewhere within the VW Group, and this breadth of training is what sets our programme apart.
