People who work at Bentley have a close connection to our cars – for many it is a truly hands-on relationship. But you don’t just have to work in the craft shops or on the production line to appreciate it. It touches every department on the site and it’s an important factor in setting the tone for Bentley on a daily basis.
Of course, in addition to our competitive salary packages there are lots of things we do that are designed to add to the experience of working with us. The Bentley employee benefits package includes 35 days’ holiday and the opportunity for flexible working, along with a contributory pension scheme and Child Care vouchers. You will also be part of our annual bonus scheme, based on your contribution and the performance of the company as a whole.
We believe a healthy mind and body are vital for people to get the most from life, so we have set up our own health and fitness programme – BeFit – as part of the Bentley employee benefits scheme. There is an onsite gym with a fully-equipped fitness suite, fitness classes, sports hall and tennis courts, where members of our BeFit initiative can benefit from free access to selected fitness classes. An onsite dentist means you don’t have to waste valuable holidays to attend an appointment. In addition to your regular GP check-ups, we offer Occupational Health services through our dedicated onsite team, along with our digital health kiosks to support you to monitor your own well-being.
Other facilities onsite include the Brooklands restaurant, a convenience store and cash machines. There’s even a Costa coffee shop on the site.
As you’d hope from an automotive company, there is onsite parking to make it easy for you to get to and from work. There is also an excellent Bentley employee car lease scheme that you can opt into, with access to cars from many of the Volkswagen Group brands, or, if you prefer you can add some exercise to the start and end of your day on your bike, through the Cycle to Work scheme.
