The Assessment process
We use our People Profile to assess people applying to work with Bentley. This helps us find people who are the right fit for each role and it involves a number of activities, including competency interviews, technical presentations and, in some cases, group exercises and role play. We also look at how people demonstrate an extraordinary attitude. For us it is about always striving to push the boundaries of whatever we are doing; to find new and better ways to do things and demonstrating an attention to detail that goes far beyond what you would normally expect.
The People Profile
The Bentley People Profile is a fundamental part of both the recruitment and development of our employees.
It details the behaviours and competencies required for success in at Bentley. We use it throughout the business for recruitment, development and measuring performance. We are looking for people with the right technical expertise for their role and who keep up to date in their professional field. They use new experiences to develop their performance. As well as developing and adhering to processes, they are passionate about problem solving.
Working with others is key to the success of our business and we are looking for individuals who can co-operate and communicate clearly with others. We’re looking for people with a flexible, proactive approach who act as a role model for others. Delivering customers’ requirements and making customer needs and satisfaction a top priority is key.
